Wentworth student selected to represent New Zealand!

Huge congratulations to Thomas Morgan (Year 7) who has been selected to play as a member of the top Auckland Under 14 Basketball team, the Kiwis.  Thomas plays Basketball 6 days a week, for 3 separate Basketball teams, and his hard work and dedication to his chosen sport will see him cross the Tasman with the Kiwis in July to take on some of the top Australian Club and State teams.  Good luck Thomas!

North Harbour Netball Representatives 2014 includes three Wentworth College Netballers

Congratulations to Grace Morris, Rosalie Reeves and Mia Cunningham-South for making North Harbour representation in Netball.

Grace has been selected into Team 1 U17

Rosalie has been selected into Team 2 U17

Mia has been selected into the U15 Squad

2014 Secondary Schools Sailing Regatta

Congratulations to the Wentworth sailors for their 3rd placing in the silver division of the National 420 dinghy regatta during the holidays. 32 schools from around the country took part in the regatta, which took place at Algies Bay.  Some races were fingernail-biting close with rules being shouted, protest flags raised and umpires required.  Follow this link to view one of the races:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=alxX4YKwa9Y
