HBC Netball Prizewinners

It was a hugely successful win for some of our Wentworth College students at the End of Year Prizegiving held at HBC Netball Centre on Saturday.  Many students were part of winning teams, but individuals were awarded for U23 Best Defence (Charlotte Doocey, Mia Cunningham-South) and U23 Most Goals Scored (Ashleigh Nelson, Grace Morris & Tayla Karam).  Congratulations to Bayley Irvine (Jnr Umpire of the Year), McKenzie Wilton (Most Improved U23 Player & Joint winner of the U15 Rep. Player of the Year), Charlotte Doocey (U17 Rep. Player of the Year), and to Mia Cunningham-South who won several awards (including U23 Player of the Year & Overall 2014 Rep Player of the Year).  Acknowledgements were also given to Maddie Irvine, Grace Morris, Mia Cunningham South, Ashleigh Hyland & Charlotte Doocey who are part of the HBC Leadership Team who have helped run/mentor a training programme for Yrs 0 - 2 students as well as running local tournaments and helping the committee throughout the season.
